NUTRITIONAL THERAPY DISCLAIMER
Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioners assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.

The degree of benefit obtainable from nutritional therapy may vary between clients with similar health problems and following a similar nutritional therapy programme.

Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioners are not permitted to diagnose, or claim to treat, medical conditions. Recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment. You are responsible for contacting your GP about any health concerns. If you are receiving treatment from your GP, or any other medical provider, you should tell him/her about any nutritional recommendations provided. This is necessary because of any possible reaction between medication and the nutritional programme.

Standards of professional practice in nutritional therapy are governed by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) Code of Conduct, Ethics and Performance.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
Heal and Bloom will keep your personal information confidential and secure following the UK GDPR guidelines for the practice. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. However, if Heal and Bloom believes there is a risk of significant harm to yourself or another person, we may pass the information onto an appropriate authority using the legal basis of vital interest.

RECORDING OF SESSIONS
You consent to the recording of live video calls in which you may be an active participant. You will be reminded of this at the start of each zoom meeting.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS
By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with Heal and Bloom to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule accessible via the payment page, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for reference.

You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.

If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.

After 30 days of outstanding payment Heal and Bloom reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.You will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable legal fees.

REFUND POLICY AND COOLING OFF PERIOD
We take your investment seriously, and we’d appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously, too. Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

You have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days of the purchase without penalty. If you wish to terminate the agreement within the 14-day Cooling-off Period, you must do so in writing to [email protected]. Heal and Bloom will refund any monies paid prior to cancelling this Agreement. If the services have commenced during the 14-day Cooling-off Period, Heal and Bloom will refund a reasonable adjustment taking into account the services already provided and administration fees.

Within 30 days of your initial purchase or payment for the programme, Heal and Bloom will refund you if you have accessed all the available materials, provided us with proof of completion, and agree to a 30-60 minute phone call to discuss why the programme was not a good fit for you.

CHARGEBACKS
You agree to make every attempt to file a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our bonuses or other materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of the programme. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
