Body-led healing for chronic fatigue

Jo is a trauma-informed energy coach and registered nutritional therapist, specialising in chronic fatigue, burnout, nervous system support and emotional healing from long-term health conditions.

She brings over a decade of personal and professional experience to her work — combining science-backed nutrition, trauma-aware coaching, somatic practices and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping to support deep, sustainable recovery from energy depletion and dysregulation.

Jo is registered as a nutritional therapist with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and governed by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) – the highest level of professional accreditation available to Nutritional Therapists in the UK.

Jo was part of the first global cohort of Lifecode Gx nutrigenomics practitioners, trained in interpreting DNA to understand individualised nutritional and lifestyle needs. She has since completed advanced certifications in nervous system health, mental health, and neurodivergent brain support, positioning her at the forefront of personalised, neuro-informed care.

Jo is undertaking extensive training in the emerging field of neuronutrition, accredited by the National Academy of Neuronutrition — reflecting her commitment to cutting-edge integrative practice that respects both biology and lived experience.

Her signature framework, the Heal and Bloom® Method, guides clients through a four-phase journey: from survival mode and shutdown to energy, body trust, and emotional resilience. It blends nervous system safety with nutritional grounding and intuitive reconnection — designed especially for those who’ve “tried everything” and are ready for something deeper.

Why I care so deeply

My work exists because I’ve lived it.

I spent seven years navigating debilitating ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), anxiety, digestive issues, hormone dysregulation and the deep, disorienting feeling that my body was working against me. I tried it all, from advanced testing and supplements to strict protocols and lifestyle plans.

What I discovered is that healing isn’t about doing everything — it’s about finding the right things for your body, in the right order, at the right time, that match with your capacity and energy levels.

When I began nourishing myself based on my personal needs and using strategies to create a sense of safety and rebuild my trust in my body, everything changed.

I have spent the last few years living symptom-free and 100% recovered from ME/CFS.
